BalasHapusActually, you could say that this generational divide is not too wide, especially those born in 1996-1997 for example. 96 is still considered millennial, but close to Genz Z. Indeed, each generation has its own characteristics, but IMHO it all comes down to their own personality.

I learn a lot from several of family member about generation gap and could use it on my office mate who is younger than me
