  2. Setuju banget buat sukses di karir butuh ini. Terutama empati kurang saya rasakan di tempat kerja saat ini. Masing2 sibuk mengejar target pribadi tapi kurang peka sama kondisi sekitar. Akhirnya suasana kerja jadi tidak kompak, kebersamaan kurang malah kadang tujuan bersama jadi dilupakan.

    Penting ya masing-masing kita punya kemampuan EI atau EQ. Karena kita manusia yang memiliki emosi dan akan selalu berhubungan dengan manusia lain. Yang juga punya emosi.

  4. Nggak semua orang lho bisa jadi pendengar yang baik. Padahal salah satu kunci dalam berkomunikasi yang baik adalah ada rasa empati yaitu mendengarkan. Saya bisa membayangkan dunia kerja yang bergerak cepat, kadang dianggap remeh hal ini.

  9. Couldn't agree more with this article! Sekarang tuh aku ngerasa banyak karyawan/pekerja yang kalau dikasih masukan/feedback malah ngambek. Baperan gitu. Padahal kan feedback itu penting ya untuk self development. Jadi suka gregetan kalau ketemu pekerja/karyawan yang model begitu.
